Rev. Bruce D. Rzengota - Lead Pastor
Bruce and his wife Cheryl have been in ministry for nearly 25 years. They began their ministry here at Norwalk Alliance church in the Fall of 2005. They have a passion for outreach and a heart for people. Their ministry is marked by strong leadership, speaking and music skills.
Raised as a Catholic, Pastor Bruce fell away from the rituals of church as a disillusioned young man. In his early 20’s he discovered a new reality, at the heart of the message of Christianity is a relationship with God. Embracing a new and meaningful relationship with God through Jesus, Pastor Bruce poured himself into young adult, youth and singles’ ministries, eventually responding to a full-time call to ministry.
Their son Chris Rzengota Graduated from Moody Bible Institute and is preparing for international ministry at Nyack College. Their daughter Becca graduated from Youngstown State University.

Pastor Michael Bochman - Pastor of Family Ministry
Michael, a native of Western Wisconsin spent the past decade working as a youth pastor in Upper Peninsula, Michigan and in Marion, Ohio. He graduated from Crown College and recently received his Masters of Divinity from Bethel Seminary. Installed at NAC August 15, 2011 Michael will seek to be a resource for families coming alongside of parents involving them in the discipleship of their children. He is talented team builder and very eager to build a team of Godly adult leaders who can be involved in mentoring students as well as building and equipping a team of students to use their gifts to reach their friends for Christ.
Amy Bochman - Director of Worship Amy (Cornoyer) Bochman grew up in Norwalk and graduated from Norwalk High School in 2002 and Indiana Wesleyan University in 2006 with a degree in English Education and a minor in Music. Amy is excited about working in her hometown again, and she has a heart for the people of Norwalk. She spent two years teaching at Norwalk City Schools before she and Michael married in December 2008 and moved to Marion, Ohio, for a ministry position there. The Bochmans have a son Cade, 9 months old.

Mrs. Wilson - Children's Ministry Director
We welcomed Mrs. Wilson as our Children’s Ministry Director in the Summer of 2012. Shannon has a Master’s Degree in Education and specialization in Preschool through third grade. She has been working with children for the past 13 years as a school teacher, preschool ministry leader, and Help Me Grow Coordinator. She is also the Director of Maple City Christian Preschool, located here at the Norwalk Alliance Church. She and her husband have four children and they are passionate about teaching children and families about Christ.

Assistant Pastor Rev. Dan and Ranae Alexander leads Apprentice House, the Missional lifestyle house church. Helping people develop as followers of Jesus is the focus of Pastor Dan’s work at Norwalk Alliance Church. He also fills in as a teaching pastor, counselor and serves as an elder. Dan and Ranae grew up in Norwalk and all three of their children were born here. In addition to assisting with other ministries, Pastor Dan serves as a Bivocational Assistant Pastor.

Char Leaser, Office Administrator: Much of the week to week details of the church business and administration are overseen by Char. Her value to the church is often reflected in the common answer to many questions, “Ask Char.” Char has two grown children: James in Denver, CO and Emily, is married and works at Fisher-Titus Medical Center. Her grandchildren Kodi, Kayla and Kurtis are the delights of her heart.
